What is N° Summer Club?

N° Summer Club is a minimal-luxe lifestyle and curated membership brand grounded in marine science and sustainability. Each numbered release is designed with precision, purpose, and an enduring respect for the ocean.

Edition N°1 introduces swimwear. Future editions will expand beyond the water, exploring pieces and accessories that embody the same considered aesthetic and enduring quality.

What does “edition” mean?

Rather than traditional seasonal collections, we release editions. Each edition has its own narrative and focus, and once an edition is complete, it may not be reproduced in the same form. This allows us to create with intention rather than excess.

How often are new editions released?

There is no fixed calendar. We release when the product feels complete and considered. To receive early access and be the first to know about new releases, we recommend subscribing to Club NSC via the sign-up at the bottom of our homepage.

Where is N° Summer Club based?

N° Summer Club was founded in New Zealand and draws inspiration from coastlines around the world. Warm Mediterranean tones, soft Pacific light, and the ease of understated luxury.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes detailed measurements and fit notes specific to that piece. We recommend reviewing these carefully and comparing them to your own measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Will sold out editions be restocked?

As editions are produced in limited quantities, restocks are not guaranteed. Some core pieces may return in future editions, but colours and fabrications may vary.

Longevity is the most responsible choice: fewer, better pieces that remain relevant beyond passing trend cycles.

How is your production managed?

We work with carefully selected manufacturing partners who uphold strong standards of craftsmanship and ethical working conditions. We prioritise smaller production runs to avoid overstock and unnecessary waste.

How can I extend the life of my piece?

Thoughtful care is essential. Following garment care instructions, rinsing swimwear promptly after wear, and storing pieces properly will significantly extend their lifespan, reducing environmental impact over time.

Is N° Summer Club packaging recyclable?

Yes, all N° Summer Club orders are shipped in recyclable packaging. We avoid unnecessary plastics and excess materials wherever possible, while ensuring your pieces arrive protected and beautifully presented.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free shipping across New Zealand.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery timeframes:

New Zealand: 2-7 business days
Australia: 4-10 business days
International: 7-15 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during high-volume release periods or due to customs processing.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Can I update my shipping details after ordering?

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we may be able to assist. Please contact us immediately at info@nosummerclub.com.

Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect parcels.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached.

Swimwear must be returned with protective hygiene liners intact.

How do I initiate a return?

Please contact our team with your order number and reason for return. You will receive detailed return instructions. Approved returns must be shipped back within the specified timeframe.

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size or item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued in accordance with our policy.

Are sale items eligible for return?

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, funds may take additional time to appear.
